1-on-1 in person training

This is a guided, tailored made strength, and conditioning program, each workout will be done with me personally to help you achieve the results you are looking for. These workouts will be individually customized to fit your fitness goals.

Plan Includes

  • 5–7-minute dynamic warm up

  • 40-45 minute tailored made workout based on client abilities, goals and preferences.

  • 10-minute cooldown and mobility routine

  • 3 sessions per week for a 60-minute session for a duration of 4 weeks

How it works

  • Once a purchase is made, I'll reach out to you via the message feature of the app to schedule a video call evaluation.
  • I will also email you a questionnaire that will help me assess and prepare for your evaluation.
  • we will set up a day that best fits your schedule to meet and perform a mobility assessment.
